My yoga practice for the day after Halloween consisted of 6am practice filled with inversions: Forearm Balances, Handstands and Headstands. The rest of the day, my practice was about staying away from the candy. Surprisingly, this was easy to do today. Check out my scary Halloween critters. All three of us are off to 4:30pm yoga class.
